This is the Slow Trainer by RCTestFlight (you can find him on YouTube). He has a PDF for the plane and a bunch of videos about this plane and how to build it. In my opinion, after lots of experience with other purchased and scratch built beginner RC planes, this is the best. It is extremely easy to fly and build.
